p999game Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights & Responsibilities

1Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" means the p999game website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at p999game.biz.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the p999game platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a player's account, including real-money funds and any active bonus funds.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player or credited as withdrawable winnings, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, cashback credits, or free-spin winnings credited by p999game subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds before those funds become withdrawable as real money.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive currency of the p999game platform.
• "Know Your Customer" or "KYC" means identity and age verification procedures applied by p999game to player accounts.

2Account Registration

To use p999game's real-money services, you must register an account. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide — including your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested — is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if any of it changes.

p999game permits one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through third parties, is strictly prohibited. If p999game identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts involved will be suspended immediately and any balances may be forfeited at p999game's sole discretion.

p999game reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any point — including before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a copy of your Pakistani CNIC, proof of address, or evidence that the payment method you use belongs to you. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Eligibility

To register and use p999game, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age. p999game does not permit minors to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• Be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local laws.
• Be the legitimate holder of any payment method used to deposit to or withdraw from your account.
• Not be currently self-excluded from p999game or be subject to any other exclusion order.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent, nominee, or representative of a third party.

p999game's services are offered to players based in Pakistan. Players accessing the platform from outside Pakistan do so at their own risk and p999game makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available in other jurisdictions.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on p999game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits: Minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your p999game balance upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically within seconds for mobile wallet transfers. p999game does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. Standard withdrawals process within 5–15 minutes. p999game does not charge withdrawal fees. You may not withdraw funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement.

p999game reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if the platform has reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity will be frozen and the relevant authorities notified.

You may not use p999game as a payment processing service. Depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful gameplay constitutes misuse and may result in account closure. p999game requires a minimum wagering activity relative to deposit amount before any withdrawal is processed.

5Bonuses and Promotions

p999game offers various promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral rewards, and tournament prize pools. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms as displayed at the time the offer is presented.

The following general rules apply to all p999game bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds which are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless otherwise stated. Bonus funds not cleared within this period will be removed from the account.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money balance is exhausted. Winnings generated using bonus funds are added to the bonus balance until wagering is complete.
• Maximum bet while using bonus funds is Rs 2,000 per round or hand. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus period may result in winnings being voided.
• p999game reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

6Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

p999game is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with p999game games or interfaces.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from an error must be returned and p999game reserves the right to reverse any transactions involved.
• Collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format — including sharing hand information in real time.
• Chip-dumping — deliberately losing chips or funds to another player to transfer value.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to disguise your location or identity.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the p999game platform.
• Engaging in offensive, abusive, or threatening behaviour toward other players or p999game staff.

p999game uses industry-standard fraud detection and game integrity monitoring tools. Suspicious activity is reviewed by the p999game compliance team. Where a violation is identified, p999game will act without prior notice and reserves the right to share relevant information with appropriate authorities.

7Game Rules

Each game available on p999game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet on any game you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

The outcome of all Random Number Generator (RNG) games on p999game is determined by a certified RNG system that cannot be influenced by p999game, game providers, or players. Results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game or RNG game, the following applies:

• If the disconnection occurs before a bet is accepted by the system, the bet is void and funds are returned.
• If the disconnection occurs after a bet is accepted, the game will be resolved according to standard rules and the result will be available in your game history when you reconnect.

p999game reserves the right to void bets or game results in cases of manifest error — meaning an obviously incorrect price, outcome, or system error that a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake. Such voids are at p999game's sole discretion and the decision is final.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the p999game platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is owned by or licensed to p999game and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the p999game platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the platform without written permission.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Use the p999game brand, logo, or name in any marketing, promotional, or commercial context without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on another website or application.

9Privacy and Data Protection

p999game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

p999game collects the minimum personal data necessary to operate accounts, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and maintain platform security. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

10Responsible Gaming

p999game is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide all players with access to the following tools, available at any time from your account settings without needing to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period to increase.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts at 30, 60, or 120-minute intervals to notify you of how long you've been playing.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period before your account is temporarily suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from p999game for a minimum of 6 months. During exclusion, you cannot access your account and p999game will not send marketing communications to you.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications showing your net position for the current session.

11Account Suspension and Closure

p999game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Account inactivity — accounts with a zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed.
• Legal or regulatory requirements compelling p999game to restrict access.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any outstanding balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons and no Terms breach is identified, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting p999game support. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method upon account closure, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p999game's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your account in the 30 days preceding the date on which the claim arose.

p999game accepts no liability for:

• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or maintenance downtime.
• Losses resulting from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Decisions made by players based on information available on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes p999game's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

13Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to p999game's operating jurisdiction. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through p999game's internal dispute resolution process.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact p999game's support team and allow a reasonable period for informal resolution. p999game is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly. Most complaints are resolved within 5 business days of being formally submitted.

14Amendments to These Terms

p999game may update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p999game will notify registered players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulation.

Continued use of the p999game platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 11.
